The Needham Garden Center is a full-service dealer. We provide factory-authorized service and warranty support for all the brands that we carry.

Our technicians have 30 years each of experience servicing small engines.

Along with the machines we sell we also many brands of power equipment.  It’s okay if you didn’t buy it here, we forgive you, and we would love the opportunity to service your machine.  If we can show you how good we are then maybe we can earn your business the next time you buy a new unit.

Feel free to send an email, call us or drop by with any questions you may have.  Email is also answered outside of normal business hours so if we are closed it would be the fastest way to get a answer.

Parts 

Our parts department stocks all of the common service parts for the equipment we repair.  If we don’t stock it we can get it, quickly.  Many vendors can deliver to us next day.  We have a large selection of parts for Briggs and Stratton, Tecumseh, Ariens, Toro, Husqvarna, and many others.

Please take a second to write down the make, model and the serial number of your machine, and/or the model type and code numbers from the engine.  It really helps us to find your parts more efficiently, and it is very hard to find parts if we do not have this information  If the numbers are no longer visible then get as much info about your machine as you can and take a picture of it.

​Pickup/Delivery

We offer a pickup/delivery service if you are unable to transport your machine to our service department.  Our three trucks are 4 wheel drive and equipped with snow plows so no matter the weather, we can get there. Rates vary by town.
